• Through our funding with the Energy Redress Scheme, we are able to offer free warm packs and free EPC surveys to households that meet our Vulnerable to the Cold criteria*.

*Those with low income and means tested benefits will be prioritised. Please be aware that if you have other circumstances that meet our criteria we will complete an assessment for you but you may be required to wait depending on our availability.

• Those interested will need to complete an assessment form to confirm their eligibility**.

**Our team is happy to complete the form for those interested and eligible either in person during an appointment at the hub, at an outreach session or during a home visit, or over the phone - whichever is more convenient for the individual. Support service personnel, family members or carers can also complete the assessment form for the individual in the case that they're unable to do it themself. Unfortunately, we don't have audio forms available at the moment. We're generally quite flexible with the process and try to make it as accessible as possible. 

• We ask for (online or paper) evidence such as a prescription, medication package, treatment plan or GP/ hospital appointment or referral letter, and of income or other circumstances. If you think you are vulnerable but do not meet the criteria specifically, get in touch with us and we maybe able to consider your case.
