Membership Scheme

Joining membership of the Environment Centre is a great way for you to support us, plus we will give you benefits and special offers in return. There are two schemes, one for individuals and one for groups and schools. Members receive a copy of Green Light, the Centre’s monthly newsletter, EC News e-mail updates, and are invited to special members’ events including the Annual General Meeting where they have the opportunity to shape the future of the Centre.

 

Gift Membership: Struggling to find a gift for the person who has everything? Why not get them an annual membership with the Environment Centre? Just let us know the details, and we can send the membership pack and Green Light to the address of your choice.

 

Individual Membership

Cost of membership depends on whether you are waged, unwaged or if you would like to join as a family. Download the * Individual membership form for price list. All individual members receive:

 

• 10% discount on purchases over £25 at Leisure Quest (excluding items already reduced), 7 High Street, Swansea, SA1 1LE. On production of your membership card
• 10% discount at the Green Shop (Stroud) and online at www.greenshop.co.uk (no discount applicable to postage costs)
  
• Buy One Get One Free into the Wildfowl and Wetlands Trust, National Wetlands Centre, Penclacwydd, Llanelli
  
• One free tea or coffee at the Environment Centre’s Fairtrade Coffee Shop, Pier Street, Swansea
  
• Green Light our monthly newsletter (Extra charge to cover postage)

 

 

Group Membership

• Room hire at discounted rates for board meetings, training and conferences
  
• Use of our colour photocopier, laminator, fax and other resources at discounted rates
  
• Use of our information resources
  
• Advice on funding and project support
  
• Green Light our monthly newsletter, delivered to your door

 

School and Youth Group Membership
