Education

The Environment works to raise awareness of environmental issues and help people take action to improve their lifestyles and the environment.

We do this by:

1.providing a first point of contact for teachers, pupils and members of the public interested in finding out about environmental issues or becoming involved in practical projects

2. a varied programme of activities for schools and community groups

3. support for school managers in developing curriculum ideas and environmental policies. Plus in-service training & resources

4. a year-full of exhibitions, special events, holiday activities and participation in local festivals

5. administering the Swansea Environmental Education Forum.
