Green Dragon: Environmental Award

The Environment Centre has achieved the Green Dragon Standard level Three for environmental practice.

The Green Dragon Standard is a stepped environmental management standard recognising effective environmental management. We have had the award since March 2002, and we are assessed annually to make sure that we maintain and improve good environmental practice.
The standard has 5 levels, level 1 being the simplest and level 5 the most comprehensive, involving varying amounts of planning, action, checking progress and constant review.

 

Our Environmental Management System folder is located in the main office, which is available for anyone to look at if they wish to. In it you will find the following documents:
